Composition of Sales by Segment

In the fiscal year that ended in March 2020, Sanden Retail System Co., Ltd., which was a major subsidiary in the “Distribution Systems Business,” had all of its outstanding shares sold. As a result, beginning with the fiscal year ending March 2021, the reportable segment has been revised to encompass solely the "Automotive Equipment Business."
