Sanden Holdings Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “SDHD”) announced today that SDHD to start
collaboration research and development with Nidec Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Nidec”)
It is said that vehicles will shift from internal combustion engine cars to electric cars. One of the

inverter expertise to accelerate the development and commercialization of an integrated thermal management
system for air-conditioning and drive systems for future electric vehicles. (Sales target: 2022).
SDHD has developed its Mid Term Management Plan (SCOPE2023) and has adopted the basic policy of
"collaborative creation to achieve sustainable growth. SDHD will expand our business by building
technologies in new areas such as vehicle heat management by responding to the new technological trends in
the automotive industry, CASE, through collaborative creation.
