Jan 22, 2021

Sanden Holdings Corporation (Representative Director & President: Katsuya Nishi; head office: Isesaki-shi, Gunma, Japan) established "Emergency Response Headquarters" implementing responses.

On January 21, it was confirmed that one employee working at the global center in Isesaki city was "positive" result in the infection test for the Covid-19

Our Emergency Response Headquarters has been cooperating together with the health and welfare office (health center), responding the situation. As a result, the behavior history of the infected employee at the workplace and one close contact have been identified by the health and welfare office (health center).

At the moment, we are taking the following measures.

▪ The employee is currently hospitalized and undergoing medical treatment.

▪ Implemented disinfection work in the workplace where the employee was working.

▪ Instructed one employee who may have had close contact to wait at home from January 21st. Check the progress of the employee’s health condition.

Going forward, we will continue to promptly determine and implement response policies based on government policies and action plans, giving top priority to preventing the spread of infection inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of employees. We would like to ask all concerned parties for their understanding.
