Sanden Corporation to Hold Graduation Ceremony of Business School for the Development of Business Leaders for Next Generation

GUNMA, March 18, 2015 – Sanden Corporation to hold a graduation ceremony of business school at Sanden Global Center, located at its founding place in Isesaki City, Gunma on March 21, 2015. The Program, jointly developed with Waseda Business School, is aimed at nurturing skilled global managements. With tremendous supports from Isesaki City, as well as the board of Education Committee, Chamber of Commerce and Gunma Chamber of Commerce in the region, it has successfully completed three months program since last December.


23 personnel of business leaders, their successors and executives participated mainly from the Isesaki region to learn knowledge and skills required for business management including marketing, accounting, and management strategy. In addition to active communication, discussion among participants also formulated business plans featuring “Development of new business and revitalization of local industry” through the program.


On the final day of the program, a certificate will be given to each participant at the ceremony following presentations of their results of the studies inviting related organizations and top executives of participating companies. With the aim of supporting participants to develop human networks, Sanden will provide them with various opportunities such as exchange meetings in future.


We believe that the development of human resources is the key for the communities to make further growth. Centering on Sanden Global Center, we will continue to closely work with local communities.
