Sanden Corporation today announced names of seven companies which will be split off from the company effective April 1 2015, along with its transition to Sanden Holdings Corporation to form a holding company structure.

Sanden Corporation plans to decide board members of seven companies at the board meeting scheduled March 24, 2015.

1.Sanden Automotive Climate Systems Corporation
Main business area : Automotive air-conditioning systems

2. Sanden Automotive Components Corporation
Main business area : Automotive air-conditioning compressors

3. Sanden Retail Systems Corporation
Main business area : Retail systems

4. Sanden Living & Environmental Systems Corporation
Main business area : Living and Environmental Systems

5. Sanden Environmental Products Corporation
Main business area : Natural Refrigerant Compressors

6. Sanden Advanced Technology Corporation
Main business area : Technology development of automotive air conditioning devices,
retail system devices, and living & environmental system devices

7. Sanden Business Expert Corporation
Main business area :Shared Service Center of Sanden Group including Administration,
accounting, and human resources
