Notice of Termination of After-Sales Services for Residential Equipment Products
Thank you for your continued use of our products.
Although we discontinued the manufacture and sale of residential equipment products in 2017, we have continued to provide inspection, repair, and customer consultation services for these products.
However, the 10-year retention period for service parts has now expired, and it has become difficult to secure the parts required for repairs.
Accordingly, we will terminate all after-sales services for our residential equipment products at the end of May 2027. This includes inspection and repair services, telephone and email inquiries, and the supply of parts and consumables.
We sincerely appreciate your long-standing patronage and support over the years.
Before Submitting an Inquiry
- Regarding Automotive Equipment Products
- Please note that our automotive equipment system products are supplied as OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. Therefore, we do not sell or provide direct support to individual customers or automobile dealers. For questions related to product specifications, services, or other details, we kindly ask that you contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the vehicle manufacturer.
