IT Security Basic Policy

Sanden places the utmost importance on customer trust, and has established a basic IT security policy to manage and protect the information we handle, including information entrusted to us by our customers, as important assets.

I. Establishment of Information Security Management System

Based on this basic policy, we will establish a system to continuously implement activities to manage and supervise information security measures, and always strive to gain the trust of society.
We will strive to earn the trust of society at all times.

II. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Standards

We will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms related to information security, as well as contractual matters.

III. Implementation of appropriate information security measures

We will implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

IV. Education and training

The Company shall continuously provide education on information security to raise awareness and ensure compliance with internal regulations.

V. Ongoing review and improvement

We will monitor the status of information security both inside and outside the organization, and work to continuously improve information security.
